The Jerusalem Municipality, through its Operations Administration and Ariel Municipal Company, is upgrading and renewing the city’s municipal advertising noticeboards.
As part of this project, another pillar of the Municipality’s policy to promote and preserve environmental quality and combat global warming, the existing noticeboards (approximately 400) will be replaced with new, modernly designed boards, both in existing and additional locations.
What this means: A significant reduction in paper usage, A modern visual appearance adapted to the public space, Elimination of street clutter, Greater efficiency and faster work processes, Improved visibility for advertising content, Increased exposure for cultural institutions’ events and advertisers citywide
The highlight of the project is the fundamental change in the way notices are published: instead of individual paper flyers pasted on existing boards, the new system uses large, advanced-design stickers that contain all advertisements together on a single board.
In addition, the entire advertising process will move to a fully digital system, eliminating the need for physical visits to Ariel’s offices, and making municipal services more advanced and efficient.
